DTU Updraft Gasifier and Stirling Engine
Today, operation started on Stirling DK's latest installation situated on the campus areas of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Approximately 1% of DTU's total power consumption and 2% of its heat consumption will be supplied by the installation.
The plant includes a Stirling engine with an output of 35 kWe of electrical power. The surplus heat from the plant, in the form of hot water, is fed into the district heating system of the DTU campus.
The plant is fuelled by wood chips originationg partly from cuttings from DTU park areas. In this way, the plant is a stand-alone facility that enables DTU to become partly self-sufficient with CO2-neutral power and heat from locally availabel fuel sources.

Mr Switchgrass is an inverted downdraft gasifier design that burns/gasifiers chopped switchgrass or weeds with little to no smoke problems. A rule of thumb is that each section will burn for a solid ten minutes at full flame. I measured 66 lbs for one load and it ran for about 40 to 50 minutes.
We are engaged in the manufacturing of renewable and non-conventional energy equipments. i.e. briquetting plants and biomass gasifiers.
Activities: manufacturing briquetting plants JUMBO 90 model with production capacity of 500 to 1500 kgs per hour, with an added benefit ;JUMBO 90 does not require hammer mill or sizing machine since residuals of upto 25mm can be fed directly. Moreover, it has been developed for minimum consumption of power and maintenance.
