Conclusions:

• The integrated system, gasifier-engine-oil expeller decorticator, was successfully tested within 3 hours continuous operation of modified gasifier on shells and 2hours continuous operation of modified gasifier on oil seed collections.
• Producer gas from gasification of shells and oil seed collections is able to run CI engine coupled with oil expeller and decorticator.
• Power output of the engine is able to drive a 1.5 kW oil expeller and a 1 kW decorticator.
