All I'll say is that when one plans on welding an old pot to the bottom of the cyclone filter (in order to provide room for the ash) make sure the pot is not an aluminum pot! Below you can view a short video of the charcoal produced by my gasifier. I call it the "Gas-of-Fire 1000". This is the charcoal produced from gasifying paper fireballs. The object that I crush with my finger and thumb is a carbonized fireball that made it through my grate unharmed.
